 Placing Your Order

  1. Click on the item that you are looking to rent.
  2. For each item, click the rent button and the system will add the item to the shopping cart. Select your rental start and end dates. You will then select whether or not you are going to pick up the order or have it shipped. Reservations can be made up to 8 weeks in advance. If different items require different rental periods then you must place separate orders.
  3. Click “Proceed to Checkout” when you are done shopping.  Create your login information if you are a first time customer. 
  4. Enter your billing and shipping information.
  5. Choose a payment method.
  6. Enter your credit card information and submit your order.  Once the order is placed, your credit card is authorized.
  7. All orders must be placed online. We are unable to take orders over the phone or in-person.

 

After your order is placed

  1. Once your order is placed, you will receive a receipt from us. If you are a first time customer, click the "New Customer Verification Instructions" link at the top of your invoice. This process can take up to 2 hours after we receive your information so please give yourself enough time.
  2. For more information on our verification process, please be sure to read our FAQs.
  3. If we don’t receive a response from you in regards to our new customer verification by the next business day, we will contact you once more. If we don’t hear from you again by our cut-off time, we cannot continue to hold the equipment and your order will be cancelled.
  4. Our cut-off time is 3PM EST. Orders placed after that time will not ship or be available for pick-up at our Main office in Orlando or Tampa until the following business day. Orders going to our Tampa location from Orlando that are placed after the cut off will not be available for pick-up for two business days.
  5. Once all of the information is verified and approved, your order will be shipped or prepared for local pick up on the date requested on the order.

 

I want to have my Order Shipped to me or to a UPS Distribution Center

  1. We can only ship to the billing address, a verified home address, verifiable place of employment or a UPS Hold Location.  All other shipping addresses will require a deposit or Certificate of Insurance.
  2. On the day we generate the shipping label, you will receive an e-mail from UPS with the tracking number.
  3. All of our orders are shipped adult signature required. Please make sure that an adult will be available to sign for the package or if you are picking up at a UPS Hold location, make sure you have your drivers license and the tracking number with you.
  4. Your rental period starts the day the equipment is delivered or a delivery attempt is made by UPS.
  5. Along with the equipment, the box will include a prepaid return label and a packing slip with instructions on the return process.

 

 I want to Pick up My Order in Orlando 

  1. Orders can be picked up at our Oviedo, FL office same day Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
  2. The person on the billing portion of the order is normally the only person that can pick up the equipment. 
  3. The equipment is due back on the final day of your rental period by 4:00pm. Orders not returned by 4:00pm on the due date will incur additional fees.

 

I want to Pick up My Order in Tampa 

    For Tampa pick up you have 2 options:

  1. Option 1: Select from equipment that is physically at our Tampa office.Orders will be available for pick up after 9am on selected start date.
  2. Option 2: Select equipment that is physically at our main office in Orlando and select the pick-up option Pick Up(Tampa) Shipped from Orlando. Orders will be available for pick up after 12pm on selected start date. This option will incur a minimum $15.00 courier fee. Certain oversized items will have an additional fee (see product page for more details). Items being shipped from Orlando cannot be picked up same day. Orders must be placed and approved by 3pm at least 24 business hours in advance.
  3. The equipment is due back on the final day of your rental period by 4:00pm. Orders not returned by 4:00pm on the due date will incur additional fees.
